Historic Ramona Town Hall
A landmark civic building returned to its original character — ZMK Construction led the full interior and exterior restoration of this beloved piece of Ramona's history.
Restoring a Community Landmark
The Historic Ramona Town Hall is one of the most recognizable civic structures in the region. Built in the early twentieth century, the building had suffered decades of deferred maintenance, incompatible alterations, and material deterioration that obscured its original character.
ZMK Construction served as general contractor on a comprehensive full interior and exterior restoration — stripping away later additions, repairing original materials, and returning the building to the craftsmanship and detail of its original construction.
