We have been restoring to its former glory this 3,000 square foot Early California Ranch house. It was built in 1928 by Hollywood silent film producer Edwin King. Movie stars such Gloria Swanson, Clark Gable and many others once frequented the ranch for a little R&R. It was designated as a historic landmark in 2007.
Surrounded by grass, trees and many native animals, this home has it all. Situated on top of a hill, it commands a panoramic view of citrus & avocado groves.
